Headsets.com is the expert and leader in the office headsets market. After almost 20 years in the game, the company started to produce its own headsets, and so, Leitner Headsets was born.
While Leitner was an established business, its website was due for a little facelift. The team reached out to Huemor, an incredible web design agency based in New York City. While the Huemor folks were busy working their magic on the UX and visual front, they gave their hired gun a shout for the copy.
Leitner already had a quirky, wacky voice on its About page. They wanted to keep that going and even push the boundaries a little more across the entire site.
The guys at Leitner wanted to make sure it was not all jokes and no juice. The new voice had to be fun, but boosting the bottom line was still the main goal. With that in mind, I needed to craft relatable messaging that showed Leitner understood its customers, and their struggles.
